IMPORTANT GOVERNMENT DISCLOSURE: This Site is a private marketplace and is NOT maintained by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the federal government or Healthcare.gov. We are a private entity providing access to licensed, FFM-certified agents to make the insurance process easy for our clients.

2. Modifications

Enroll.Phone.Healthcare reserves the right to modify these Terms or the site at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date. By accessing the site after changes have been made, you signify your agreement to the modified Terms.

3. Our Movement & Services

You always retain the right to apply for insurance directly through the government exchange at Healthcare.gov; our Site serves as a professional gateway for those seeking personalized, human-led guidance.

4. Permission to Act On Your Behalf

Any instructions, choices, or requests you make on our site will be considered your written permission Enroll.Phone.Healthcare to provide information or conduct transactions on your behalf.

5. Conduct

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all federal and state laws. By using the site, you agree to:

All other trademarks, service marks and logos used on the site, with or without attribution, are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners.

8. Privacy, Security & The Minimal Data Ethos

We operate under a Minimal Data Collection Ethos. We only collect the information strictly necessary to determine your eligibility and pricing for health plans. Enroll.Phone.Healthcare offers a variety of social media services, like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, to communicate and interact with citizens through third-party website applications (TPWA). Your use of TPWAs is completely voluntary and in no way limits your use of our site. Your activity using these TPWAs is governed by the security and privacy policies of those sites. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enroll.Phone.Healthcare, its officers, directors, employees, successors, contractors, service providers, and assignees makes no warranties or representations about the site. Enroll.Phone.Healthcare disclaims all liability for (i) the accuracy, availability or reliability of the site or site content, (ii) harm to your computer, loss of data or other harm resulting from your access to the site, (iii) loss of or failure to transmit user data, and other loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Enroll.Phone.Healthcare SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU ON ANY THEORY OF LAW FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING (I) THE INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SITE, (II) DATA LOSS, (III) UNAUTHORIZED USE OR ACCESS OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Enroll.Phone.Healthcare, its officers, directors, employees, successors, contractors, service providers, and assignees harmless from and against all loss, expenses, damages, and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising or resulting from your intentional and willful breach of these Terms for your intentional unauthorized use or misuse of the site. Enroll.Phone.Healthcare reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree not to settle any matter without the written consent of Enroll.Phone.Healthcare.

15. Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or Enroll.Phone.Healthcare. We reserve the right to terminate or make changes to the site, or to restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time and for any reason, including (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) conduct which Enroll.Phone.Healthcare believes to be illegal, or (iii) for business reasons.

16. Jurisdiction and Venue

The Phone.Healthcare site is managed and operated from our offices in Mt Clemens, MI. These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts sitting in Macomb County, Michigan.

17. Other Provisions

Enroll.Phone.Healthcare's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a court of law of competent jurisdiction, the provision will be removed and the remaining terms of the will be valid and in effect.

These Terms and our Privacy Notices constitute the entire agreement between you and Enroll.Phone.Healthcare and supersede any other agreements between you and Enroll.Phone.Healthcare, whether written or oral.

You warrant that you have the legal right and authority to agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notices, to perform the obligations under these Terms, and that all information you provide to Enroll.Phone.Healthcare is current and correct.

Enroll.Phone.Healthcare represents Certified Marketplace Agents who are authorized to enroll individuals and families in health insurance plans by phone.

This site is not maintained by or affiliated with Healthcare.gov.
