California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Disclosure

This California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosure ("Disclosure") supplements the Phone.Healthcare Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

1. Notice at Collection: Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the past 12 months, and at the point of collection, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

Identifiers: Name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
Sensitive Personal Information: Information regarding your current health insurance coverage or interests, which we use solely to facilitate a connection with a licensed marketplace strategist.
Internet Activity: IP address, browsing history, and interactions with our website.

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect this information to:

Verify your identity and eligibility for insurance products.
Connect you with licensed and certified marketplace agents who can assist with your enrollment.
Maintain the security and integrity of our lead-generation process as required by G2 Risk Solutions standards.

3. Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA

As a California resident, you have the following rights:

Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as maintaining records for CMS compliance).
Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to direct us to limit the use of your sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform the services reasonably expected.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: Phone.Healthcare does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we do "share" information with our network of licensed agents to fulfill your request for insurance assistance. You may opt-out of this sharing at any time.

5. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We will not deny you services or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
